Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items upon delivery.
Customers must report any issues within 2 hours of receiving the order with photo evidence.
Approved returns may be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Ébloui Florist.
Custom orders and perishable items (e.g., flowers) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Terms & Conditions
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
Flowers are subject to seasonal availability; substitutions may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
No refunds will be provided for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are calculated by distance and order amount. Free delivery is available above the specified order threshold.

Same-day delivery is subject to cut-off time and stock availability.
